I am currently based in Portugal and mainly offer my sessions online. I do not have a permanent practice space at the moment.
You can request a Breathwork series of 3, 5 or 10 sessions. You are also welcome to write to me here about The Unbroken Method and Freequency.
A contribution
that is possible.
If €120 for Breathwork or €55 for coaching is not financially possible for you right now, you can contact me about a reduced contribution. We agree on it personally before you book.
