This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website and when you send a contact or booking request.
2. Provision and hosting
The website is hosted by Tiiny Host, a service of Tiiny Labs Limited, United Kingdom. When you access it, technically necessary connection data is processed. This includes in particular your IP address, the time of the request, the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred, status messages, and browser, device and, where applicable, referrer information. Recipients are the hosting provider and the infrastructure partners it uses for delivery and security.
The purpose is reliable delivery of the website and the detection and prevention of disruption and misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in a secure and functioning website. Technical data is processed for provision and security and is deleted or anonymised once these purposes no longer apply, unless legal obligations or a specific security incident require longer storage. The provider does not publish a fixed retention period specifically for the access logs of this website in its general privacy policy.
Tiiny Labs Limited is based in the United Kingdom. Transfers there are covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission under Art. 45 GDPR. This says nothing about all other processing locations of the provider. Information on processing by Tiiny Host and how to contact them: Tiiny Host privacy policy.
3. Visitor statistics by Tiiny Host
Tiiny Host automatically adds an analytics script (Plausible) to the pages it serves. According to the hosting provider, these statistics use no cookies and no persistent identifiers for recognising visitors across sites. Data collected or derived includes page views, visitor numbers, pages visited, referring websites, approximate origin and device or browser categories. According to the provider, the script is also included on the free plan to measure plan usage; access to the statistics is not available there.
The processing serves to give an overview of reach and to operate the hosting service. Insofar as personal data is processed, we base this privacy-friendly reach measurement on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are assessing and improving the website and operating it economically. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation; see section 7. Information from the provider: How the statistics work.
4. Contact and booking requests
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your contact details, the content of your message and, where applicable, your preferences regarding dates and offers in order to answer your request. For requests about a session or a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We handle other requests on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering incoming messages under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Emails to the contact address hallo@unbrokencoaching.com are forwarded to a Gmail account via the email service of the domain provider. Incoming emails are therefore also processed by the domain provider (for forwarding) and by Google as the email provider. You can find information about Google, international data processing and safeguards in the Google privacy policy. Email communication can have security gaps. Please do not send health data, diagnoses or other particularly sensitive information in a first request. If such information becomes necessary for our work together, we will agree on a suitable way of sharing it and the required legal basis separately.
Request data is deleted once your request has been handled and no further retention is required. If a contract follows or statutory retention obligations apply, in particular for business and invoice records, the relevant documents are kept for the applicable period; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Longer storage may be necessary to establish or defend legal claims on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing your data is not required by law, nor by contract for simply visiting the website. Without a way to contact you and the information needed to handle your request, we may not be able to answer it.
5. Local content, cookies and external links
The website files we upload contain no contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, advertising pixels, embedded videos, maps or external font services. Images, fonts and stylesheets are served with the website. Our own website code sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. The automatically added Tiiny Host statistics are described in section 3. On the free plan, the host also adds a Tiiny Host notice bar.
Instagram is included as a simple link. Simply visiting our site does not load any Instagram embed through this link. Only when you follow it do you access Instagram’s service; the respective provider is responsible for processing there. The same applies to other external links. Email links open your email program.
Neither a Calendly calendar nor a Stripe payment form is embedded on this website. Appointments are arranged personally. If you later use a separate payment link, the information of the payment service used then also applies.
6. Security and automated decisions
Please access the website via HTTPS so that the connection between your browser and the hosting service is encrypted. We do not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
7. Your rights
Subject to the respective legal requirements, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future; the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected. To exercise these rights, please use the contact address above.
Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR: Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You can object to processing for direct marketing at any time without giving reasons.
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the place of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. For the stated business address in Münster, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia is a point of contact.
