to our session.
1. Request
Tell me which format you would like, whether you prefer English or German, and roughly when you are available. A short message is enough; there is no need to send sensitive personal details by email.
2. Agreement
We clarify your questions, whether it is a good fit, and a date. For Breathwork, we also check suitability before the binding confirmation. You will then receive the online link and preparation notes.
3. Session & invoice
After the session you will receive your invoice. If you would rather pay in advance via Stripe, let me know when you get in touch. You do not need to send any payment details by email.

Payment
Usually by invoice after the session. Advance payment via a Stripe payment link is possible on request and agreed personally.
Cancelling & rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. With shorter notice or if you do not attend, a cancellation fee applies, generally based on the agreed session price. Rebooking of the slot and saved expenses are taken into account; you may still show that the loss was lower or did not occur. In acute emergencies we can discuss an individual solution.
You will receive the payment and cancellation terms that apply to your session before a binding confirmation. Statutory rights, in particular any right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.
You set the pace.
You don’t need to have overcome anything to ask for support. Together we will see what feels right for now.
